Establish availability of resource and time scale to complete. Agree budgets and approach with accountable owner. Establish quality assurance of the remediation approach to provide evidence of the action and interventions undertaken and that the issue has been effectively closed.
Execute
Undertake the plan as agreed with regular progress updates. Manage resource effectively to the desired quality. Evidence good outcomes have been achieved.
Finalise
Work with accountable owners to provide final report and gain feedback on our approach.
