Assess

High level review of the ‘as is’ process utilising workshops and/or reviewing the processes live. Analysis against the aspect of regulation under review and provide an understanding of gaps, provide a high level project plan.

Understand

Complete a thorough review of existing process and work with your teams building internal relationships and knowledge whilst considering the ‘to be’ process. This gains trust and understanding of the solution along with accountability for the process following implementation.

Deliver

Develop, evaluate and present solutions for sponsor approval. Finalise the delivery approach and agree progress reviews and project success factors. Deliver to the agreed project scope and plan.

Embed

Following introduction of the solution undertake testing to evidence expected results and provide assurance internally and externally that good outcomes are being achieved.

Finalise

Work with accountable owners to provide future sustainability of solution and feedback on our approach.
